The Virgin Consort Rings in the Holiday Season

A hallmark of the holiday season in New York City comes to Hawley, PA when the internationally acclaimed Virgin Consort presents A Victorian Christmas. The 75 minute program features carols and motets from around the world celebrating the wonder of the season. Join the Consort as they celebrate the true mystery and wonder of Christmas with an elegant blend of traditional carols, Medieval and Renaissance sacred works and Victorian carols.

Get an inside look at 6 of Hawley’s architectural gems during a one day only house tour. Each unique home will be decorated in traditional holiday splendor. Begin your tour at the Hawley Municipal Building where you’ll pick up your official house tour map.

Demonstrations of the intricate craft that dates back to the late 15th-early 16th century when the fabric was a sign of prestige and wealth.

Winterfest Painting Raffle Drawing to be held immediately after Voices of Joy Community Chorus

The feature prize is a charming, original watercolor painting of a Hawley winter scene with proceeds to benefit local youngster Emily Bates. This painting is the sixth in a series by prominent local artist Barbara Briden. The painting is custom framed by Peter Daniel of Artisan Picture Framing and Art Gallery.
